The innovative design combines LEED Silver standards with the protection and celebration of the historic Mitchell Copp facade originally built at the turn of the 20th century.

An active entrance court and south facing restaurant patios connect to pedestrian life and a thin, distinctive fin marks the entrance to the hotel lobby.
