This Interior renovation scope included demolition of existing materials and construction and installation of many very detailed architectural features on the ceiling light boxes were created. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing and ventilation and life safety upgrades were made and reconfigured and existing infrastructure removed.

Store upgrades and refits to Shoppers Drug Mart, Jerry Salon and Spa and Modern Man were also completed.
