3-Phase was contracted by Manshield and the University of Winnipeg to provide the electrical design and construction for the student housing project known as McFeetors Hall. Constructed in 2008-2009.

The complex provides a home for 176 students, and 25 student families. This LEED certified building models a range of leading edge environmental technologies to foster sustainability and energy efficiency.
