A seven-storey Canada Building, just off Donald Street and Ellice Avenue. The Canada Building brings 340 government workers to the area, with this  $8-million-plus refurbishing of the 84,000-square-foot building.

3-Phase was contracted to supply and install all electrical, voice and data, card access and alarms and security for the complete renovation.
